eBay Inc. announced that David Doctorow is joining as Head of Global Growth, where he will focus on driving consumer engagement around the world. David was previously at Expedia. As their Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer, David ran a portfolio of eight brands, covering 220 countries. His role was to grow traffic, transactions, revenue and EBITDA while there. Mazen Rawashdeh is re-joining the company as Chief Infrastructure and Architecture Officer, a new role. Mazen joins from Twitter, where he was most recently Vice President of Infrastructure Operation Engineering. At Twitter, Mazen was responsible for building, scaling and managing day-to-day operations for Twitter’s global infrastructure. He was responsible for hardware, data center, global network, system reliability and capacity engineering; cloud tooling development; network and information security; information disaster recovery; and data protection. Karl Isaac is joining the company as new Vice President of Global Brand. Karl was previously Adobe’s Head of Brand Strategy and Innovation, responsible for their full global brand portfolio of products and services.
