In pursuance of section 227 of the Securities Market Act, Ebro Foods, S.A. (the "Company") hereby submits the following

In follow up to what was informed on 26 March 2021 (communication of Inside Information with registration number 819), yesterday was closed and executed the sale of the Ronzoni's dry pasta business and the dry pasta plant in Winchester, USA, by Riviana (US subsidiary of the Company) to 8th Avenue Foods & Provisions, since the conditions and formalities agreed in the contract have been fulfilled.
The price of the transaction, which was set at USD 95 million (notwithstanding any adjustment for working capital that may be applicable), will be received by Riviana today.
