Echo Investment announced that it will seek to pay an advance dividend of PLN 90.8 million or PLN 0.22 per share. The company eyes setting dividend rights day on January 26, 2023 and payment day on February 2, 2023. A portion of PLN 50 million will come from the first half 2022 profits at PLN 40.8 million from reserve capital for dividends.
The advance dividend is conditional upon supervisory board approval.
