("Company" or "Ecorodovias"), hereby informs its shareholders and the market, in addition to the Notice to the Market dated October 15, 2021, that, on this date, Mr. Nicolò Caffo has rectified his resignation letter and ratified that he will remain in office as member of the board of directors of the Company´s subsidiary, ECORODOVIAS CONCESSÕES E SERVIÇOS S.A., until the investiture of the respective substitute.
