EDAG Engineering Group AG announced preliminary earnings results for the nine months ended September 30, 2018. For the period, the company generated revenues of about EUR 588 million in the first nine month of 2018. This corresponds to an increase of revenues of ca. 10.8% compared to nine months of 2017. The adjusted EBIT in the first nine month of 2018 levelled at about EUR 37.5 million, the adjusted EBIT-margin was at about 6.4%, compared to EUR 26.3 million in the previous year, this corresponds to an increase of about 43%.
The company also revised revenue guidance for the full year of 2018. It is now expected that revenues will increase by at least 8% compared to 6% to 8%. The guidance for the adjusted EBIT-margin remains unchanged at approximately 5% to 7%.
