Edimax Technology, a leading smart-connected home solutions provider, is the proud winner of an iF Product Design Award 2014. The iF product design award has been an internationally recognized label for award-winning design for the last 60 years, and the iF brand has become a symbol for outstanding achievements in design.
The award-winning product is the CV-7438nDM dual-band wireless bridge, a unique home entertainment solution with a curved, crafted design and which provides a wireless audio streaming capacity to any existing speakers via a standard 3.5mm jack. The bridge also features a Gigabit Ethernet port to act as a wireless bridge for any Ethernet device around the home.
It is with great pride that we can announce the CV-7438nDM was selected by a panel of international, expert jurors to receive the award ahead of more than 3000 competing entries, on criteria including design quality, innovation, functionality and ergonomics. The CV-7438nDM will now be recognized with the globally renowned iF label and the award will be presented at a prestigious ceremony hosted in Munich, Germany during the Munich Creative Business Week on 28 February 2014. iF Award winners will also be displayed at the iF Award Exhibition in Hamburg and at the iF Online Exhibition at www.ifdesign.de
