The Company announces also that, according to the new rules of renegotiation, the companies mentioned above provide a formal waive of the corresponding legal action enter through APINE (Brazilian Association of Independent Producers of Electric Power), which protect them since May 2015 against the effects of GSF.
ANEEL didn´t agree with the ACR agreement, as for the energy contracted in the A-1 Auction for Mascarenhas HPP, related to 5MW average, as for Peixe Angical HPP, related to 15MW average. Furthermore, the Company informs that still discuss with the regulator to reverse this situation.
