Resignation of a member of the Board of Directors
Madrid, March 13th 2023: In accordance with paragraph a) of article 3 of CMVM Regulation no. 5/2008, EDP Renováveis, S.A. ("EDPR") hereby informs the market and the public in general that, today, the member of the Board of Directors, Miguel Nuno Simões Nunes Ferreira Setas, has tendered his resignation.
EDPR registers and appreciates the important contribution of Miguel Nuno Simões Nunes Ferreira Setas to the success of the Company.
This resignation will enter into effect on April 12nd, 2023.
