ORLEN Wind 3 Sp. z o.o. signs a sale and purchase agreement to acquire 300 MW RENEWABLES PORTFOLIO from EDP Renováveis, S.A. (ENXTLS:EDPR) for enterprise value of PLN 2.2 billion on July 27, 2023.
