Statkraft AS signed an agreement to acquire a portfolio of 260 MW wind farms in Brazil from EDP Renováveis, S.A. (ENXTLS:EDPR) for NOK 3.5 billion on August 29, 2023. The acquisition is expected to be closed within the next quarters, and the financial effects will be reported after closing.
