FURTHER SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS AND GRANT OF AWARD SHARES

Reference is made to the announcement ("Announcement") of Edvantage Group Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, collectively the "Group") dated 22 February 2021 and the supplemental announcement dated 5 March 2021 ("Supplemental Announcement") in relation to the grant of share options and grant of award shares. Unless otherwise specified, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning defined in the Announcement and the Supplemental Announcement.

The Company would like to provide potential investors and shareholders of the Company with further information in respect of the Award Share Grantees.

Among the 3 Award Share Grantees who are connected persons or deemed connected persons of the Company, the following number of Award Shares (all in the form of existing Shares) were granted to each of them and, as disclosed in the Announcement, each of such grants is de minimus transaction and is fully exempt from shareholders' approval, annual review and all disclosure requirements under Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules:
