EFG Holding Company at its board meeting held on May 29, 2024 accepted the resignation of Mr. Marwan Elaraby, as member of the Board of EFG Holding and the committees on which he served. The change in the Board constitution resulting from the above resignation is subject to ratification by the forthcoming Ordinary General Meeting of the Company.
