Royale Energy (Pty) Ltd agreed to acquire Afric Oil (Pty) Ltd. from Efora Energy Limited (JSE:EEL) on December 21, 2021. Following the implementation of the proposed transaction, Afric Oil and its subsidiaries will ultimately be solely controlled by Royale Energy. The Competition Tribunal of South Africa has unconditionally approved the merger.
