INFORMATIVA SULL'ACQUISTO DI AZIONI PROPRIE

EI Towers S.p.A. comunica di aver acquistato sul Mercato Telematico Azionario, nel periodo compreso tra il 6 ottobre 2016 e il 12 ottobre 2016, n. 19.782 azioni proprie, pari a circa lo 0,07% del capitale sociale. Tali azioni sono state acquistate ad un prezzo medio pari ad Euro 45,7681 per azione, al netto delle commissioni, e quindi per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 905.385,08.

Gli acquisti sono stati effettuati nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie, il cui avvio è stato comunicato al pubblico in data 26 luglio 2016 e in esecuzione di quanto deliberato dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti del 21 aprile 2016.

Il dettaglio di tutte le operazioni di acquisto di azioni proprie effettuate sul Mercato Telematico Azionario dal 6 ottobre 2016 al 12 ottobre 2016 è riportato in allegato.

A seguito degli acquisti comunicati oggi, considerando le azioni proprie già in portafoglio, alla data del 13 ottobre 2016 la Società detiene n. 135.795 azioni proprie pari al 0,48% del capitale sociale.

REPORT ON THE PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES UNDER BUYBACK PROGRAM

During the period from October 6, 2016 to October 12, 2016, EI Towers S.p.A. acquired No. 19,782 shares on the Milan Stock Exchange's Mercato Telematico Azionario (MTA) equal to 0.07% of the issued share capital. The shares were bought at an average price per share equal to Euro 45.7681, net of commissions, and for an aggregate amount of Euro 905,385.08.

These purchases were made pursuant to the plan to purchase treasury shares, announced on July 26, 2016, and in accordance with the resolution approved at the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders on April 21, 2016.

All the share purchase transactions on the MTA made from October 6, 2016 to October 12, 2016 are detailed in the annex.
