This summer, the 'Coeur absolu' operation, consisting of 3 buildings including a 30-unit Cocoon'ages® intergenerational residence, was delivered. Carried out by Eiffage Construction, this project is the flagship in the redevelopment project of the city center of Mandelieu, and will be central in the promotion of the whole well-being of the territory.

This project was won by Eiffage Immobilier after a competition initiated by the Public Property Establishment Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. At the beginning of 2018, the work order had been given and it was at the end of July that the delivery of the Cocoon'ages residence was made to Erilia, and the other 69 dwellings to the buyers.

Designed by ABC Architects, the operation of 99 dwellings was designed with an exterior architecture that recalls the waves with balconies made of curves and dressing the tower of the building. 8 shops were also installed on the ground floor of the operation, as well as 2 car parks totaling more than 200 places.
Developed with Récipro-cité, the concept of intergenerational residences Cocoon'ages has already attracted many cities and territories. Thanks to their adapted architecture and their offer of animation services, this intergenerational family housing system makes it possible to establish synergistic relationships of solidarity and proximity across all generations, and to mitigate situations of fragility, where social connection and sharing are key.
