"De Branding" is the name of the new luxury residence recently delivered by our teams at Antwerpse Bouwwerken, a subsidiary of Eiffage Benelux, in Cadzand, a Dutch village located on the border of the Netherlands and Belgium. Its meaning, "The Surf of the Sea", refers to one of the project's outstanding features: it is located in front of the sea, with its feet in the water.

Antwerpse Bouwwerken has built 46 luxury flats, a 450 sqm commercial space and an underground car park with 75 spaces.

The flats are located in the middle of the Cadzand dunes with a magnificent view of the sea: a unique place where residents can relax, thanks to the terraces or panoramic views.

The architecture, designed by Arcas Architecture & Urbanism, is clean and elegant, just like its surroundings. A large part of the project has been built in prefabricated form, starting from the first floor. The mansard roofs with wooden frames, the dormer windows clad in black aluminium and the façade incorporating traditional masonry elements all contribute to the charm of the exterior.

On the energy and environmental side, heat pumps on the roof generate energy for hot water and heating. Solar panels will be installed to supply the common areas, reducing the ecological impact of the project.

Congratulations to our teams in the Benelux - a subsidiary of Eiffage Construction - for this successful operation abroad, and thanks to our partners!
