'De Branding' is the name of the new luxury residence recently delivered by our teams at Antwerpse Bouwwerken, a subsidiary of Eiffage Benelux, in Cadzand, a Dutch village on the border of the Netherlands and Belgium. Its meaning, 'The Surf of the Sea', refers to one of the striking characteristics of this project: it is located facing the sea, feet in the water.

Antwerpse Bouwwerken has built 46 luxurious apartments, a commercial space of 450 m-2 and an underground car park with 75 spaces.

The accommodations are located in the middle of the dunes of Cadzand with a magnificent view of the sea: a unique place where residents can only relax, especially thanks to the terraces or panoramic views.

The architecture, designed by Arcas Architecture & Urbanism, is refined and elegant, as is its environment. A large part of the project was built in prefabricated, from the 1st floor. The mansard roofs in wood frame, the dormers dressed in black aluminum and the facade incorporating elements of traditional masonry contribute to the charm of the exteriors.

On the energy and environmental side, heat pumps located on the roof can generate energy for hot water and heating. Solar panels will be installed to power the common areas, reducing the ecological impact of the project.

Congratulations to our teams in the Benelux - a subsidiary of Eiffage Construction - for this great operation abroad, and thank you to our partners!
