It's done! Our teams have just received the 'Native' office building with CODIC. After the signing in December 2019, the work began in February 2020 with the resumption of an existing wall and an end to the demolition of the old building. From now on, the new building represents 19,000 m-2 of floor area and is composed of 8 levels of offices. Advocating the well-being of its users, it obtains numerous environmental labels and certifications.

Located in the heart of the 2nd pole of activity of Ile-de-France, the building, already emblematic on the architectural, environmental and user aspects, is ideally located less than 100 meters from the station (RER C), close to the shopping center and the national golf course of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. It will participate in the amenity and renewal of the entire downtown district.

2 shops on the ground floor and 1,100 m-2 of decorated areas (hall, cafeteria and RIE) are an integral part of the project. Its contemporary, modern and elegant architecture designed by WILLERVAL & Associes and the quality of the services that will be offered will make this operation a building that meets the comfort sought by the occupants. Orange will be the main user, with the arrival of more than a thousand employees.

The glass and aluminum facade made by GOYER, with its protruding headbands and tapered sunshades, stands out from other buildings in the district. The building can accommodate 1,500 workstations, in pleasant premises adapted to new ways of working.

Numerous labels and certifications illustrate the environmental and usage quality of the project:

Breeam 2016 - Excellent

HQE 2016 - Excellent

RT 2012 -30%

WiredScore label

They are completed by 1,600 m-2 of green spaces, distributed on all floors of the building (balconies, terraces).
