The 'Le Sevigne' offices, intended for the COVIVIO company, have been completely rehabilitated by Eiffage Construction , as a general contractor. The delivery took place last April. The major renovation of this 8-storey building has made it possible to achieve ambitious energy certifications and to offer a better working environment to employees.

In order to rethink the spaces and respond to an aesthetic desire for modernization, but also energy performance, certain existing 'structures' have been demolished and completely rebuilt.

The elevator shaft and 2 floor levels have been completely refurbished. A floor level was reinforced using a metal frame added as an underpinning. In addition, the interior architecture has been completely redesigned. Brass inlays, decorative pendant lights and the addition of rounded tiles modernize the offices. These embellishments thus make it possible to offer a more pleasant working environment to the employees.

The building now meets environmental performance objectives that have earned it BREEAM Very Good and WIREDSCORE Gold Level certification. Also, the existing carpets and light fixtures were recovered to be reused for another project: a great initiative to put used materials back into circulation!

Another challenge is that the work was carried out on an occupied site; the ground floor of the structure used by the services of La Poste, maintained its activity normally six days a week.

Congratulations to our teams and our partners invested in this project:
