A pride for all! Multi-labeled at the environmental and energy levels and built in mixed wood / concrete, the Residence de la Pevele, an exemplary operation in terms of sustainable development, is delivered! Located south of Lille, in Cysoing, it brings together the former nursing homes of Templeuve and Cysoing on 5000m-2. Emblematic, the project encourages synergies between the different businesses of the group by bringing together Eiffage Construction, HVA Concept - the brand of modular bathrooms of Eiffage Construction, Eiffage Energie Systemes, and Eiffage Services, a subsidiary ofEiffage Concessions.

Launched in early 2020, the work lasted 1 year and a half. Divided between 1 accommodation centre and 1 Alzheimer's centre, 90 rooms make up the Residence. Carried out using BIM (Building Information Modeling), an intelligent participatory work process thanks to 3D digital models, it was designed by Paindavoine Parmentier and GO Architectes. On the sustainable development side, many elements attest to its exmplarity and justify its title of'1st low-carbon passive ehpad in France':

Numerous environmental and energy certifications: Passivhaus, NF HABITAT HQE excellent level, E+C- E3C1 level

A mixed wood/concrete building: ground floor, stairwells and concrete elevators; wooden rooms and floors; exterior facade in wood cladding

Integration of 88 HVA Concept bathrooms, a brand of Eiffage Construction, prefabricated in our fresnay sur Sarthe plant, an industrialization allowing a reduction in the carbon footprint (in particular related to the reduced number of round trips on site), installation times, nuisances on site.
