Less than a year after the signing of the contract, work is well underway. The structural work, carried out by Eiffage Construction as part of our unique builder-developer model, was completed this summer, for delivery in spring 2022. Born from a desire of the City of Compiegne to be able to benefit from the establishment of a high-end private residence for the elderly, the project was entrusted in co-development to Eiffage Immobilier (70%) and Montana (30%) through the Societe Civile de Construction-Vente (SCCV) des Sablons.

The 130 premium units will be operated by Montana, spread over nearly 10,000m-2 of floor space, and will offer high-end services and equipment: swimming pool, spa, kitchen and dining area.

Imagined by Michel MASTANDREAS, the project incorporates wood elements (joinery and swing shutters), a slate roof, stone cladding and a facade plaster.

The operation, both by its architecture and by the targeted luxury clientele, seduced the City. The building is subject to the validation of the Architects of the Buildings of France in order to preserve the architecture of Compiegne, rich in history.

In addition to its architectural quality, the environmental aspect is at the heart of this project, which aims for NF Habitat HQE 6* certification and the RT 2012-20% standard.

Eiffage, through this senior residence, confirms its position as a historical player in Compiegne both in real estate and construction.

Congratulations to our teams at Eiffage Construction and Eiffage Immobilier for this past stage, which involved up to 22 leading Companions, and thank you to our partners: - architect: Michel MASTANDREAS - Technical controller and SPS: SOCOTEC - Investors: NATIXIS and COVEA
