Our teams atEiffage Immobilier and Eiffage Construction have just laid the 1st stone of Vivalley Center, a 4,200 m-2 building located in the heart of the Sports Centre of Excellence in Lievin (62), which will host companies and start-ups in the fields of sport and health.

This operation, sold in VEFA to banque des Territoires (Caisse des Depots group), has ambitious energy and environmental specificities, in line with the Eiffage group's global sustainable development approach.

The work on the project, set up in partnership with the Communaute d'Agglomeration de Lens Lievin, should be completed in early 2023, and will mobilize up to 40 people on site during peak periods.

Carried out in synergy with Eiffage Construction, in line with our unique builder-developer model, the operation aims for BREEAM Very Good certification and the BBC Effinergie 2017 label, with an energy consumption target of 40% lower than current regulations.

Imagined by the Boyeldieu Dehaene agency, the project is designed around two atriums forming a 'plazza', a real place to live and meet. Its simple, compact and low shape fits into the surrounding urban landscape.
