Elastic N.V. (NYSE:ESTC) entered into an agreement to acquire optimyze.cloud Inc from Andreessen Horowitz LLC and others on October 14, 2021. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close during Elastic's fiscal second quarter. WSGR acted as legal advisor to Elastic N.V.

Michael Brown, Scott Behar, Nancy Chen, Joseph Schenck, Brent Hoard and Julia Ushakova-Stein of Fenwick & West LLP acted as legal advisor to optimyze.
