Elders Limited announced it has appointed Bethwyn Todd as an independent non-executive Director, effective 2 January 2025, subject to the Board being satisfied that Ms. Todd meets Elders' fit and proper person regime. Ms. Todd brings to the Board significant executive experience, coupled with a strong understanding of the agricultural and agricultural chemical sectors. Ms. Todd worked for FMC Corporation in senior management roles for approximately 12 years, most recently as President of Asia Pacific and Vice President FMC Corporation.

Ms. Todd was also President of CropLife Asia from 2019 to 2021. Ms. Todd has a Bachelor of Science from University of Queensland and a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University. She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ms. Todd has affirmed that she has considered her other commitments and has determined that she has sufficient time available to fulfil her responsibilities to Elders.
