Electricite de France : Appointment to the EDF Board of Directors

The EDF Board of Directors meeting held on 18 December 2019 coopted Mme Véronique Bédague-Hamilius, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Nexity Group in charge of the Enterprises and Local Authorities Client Branch and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nexity lmmobilier d'Entreprise, as director of the company in replacement of Mme Anne Rigail, Chief Executive Officer of Air France, who has decided to resign. The Board expresses its gratitude to Mme Rigail for her contribution to the works of the Board of Directors.
Mme Bédague-Hamilius is appointed for the duration of the mandate left to run for Mme Rigail, until the EDF shareholders general meeting which will be convened to approve financial statements for the year ended on 31 December 2022.
