Electricity Generating Public Company Limited ("EGCO") would like to inform that, to follow the good corporate governance principle regarding the equitable treatment of shareholders and the Securities and Exchange Act (No. 5) B.E. 2559, Section 89/28, EGCO would like to invite the shareholders to ask questions, propose agenda of Shareholders' 2021 Annual General Meeting and nominate director candidates from October 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020.

The proposer must be an individual shareholder or group of shareholders holding not less than 0.05% of EGCO's issued shares (equal to 263,233 shares). The criteria, procedures, submission channel, and other related details which are stipulated to ensure the transparency and EGCO's and shareholders' benefit, are announced on the Company's websi te at http://investor.egco.com/agm.html.
