Reference is made to the notification regarding the resignation of Mr. Wisak Watanasap from the Electricity Generating Public Company Limited ("EGCO")'s director and a member of the Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility Committee with effect on October 1, 2020.

EGCO would like to inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand ("SET") that the Board of Directors in its Meeting No.13/2020 on October 21, 2020 appointed Mr. Pisut Painmanakul as a director and a member of the Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility Committee to replace Mr. Wisak Watanasap with effect on October 21, 2020.
