Electronic Arts Inc. will exclusively feature the Masters Tournament, PGA Championship, U.S. Open Championship and the Open Championship under an agreement with Augusta National Club, the two said Wednesday.

The announcement marks a re-entry into the video-game space for these golf events, offering fans an interactive way to look at Augusta National, Fred Ridley, chairman of Augusta National Golf Club and the Masters Tournament, said at a press conference.

EA SPORTS PGA TOUR: Road to the Masters, which is being developed by EA Tiburon, is slated to launch ahead of the tournament next year and proceeds will go to support the Masters Tournament Foundation, Mr. Ridley said.

More information about each championship will be disclosed this summer, the two said in a statement.

"Winning the Masters last year was one of the greatest moments of my life, and I hope to win there again," Dustin Johnson, 2020 Masters champion and the world's No. 1 ranked golfer, said in a statement. "There is no tournament better suited to celebrate on a video game cover, and I can't wait to see the beauty and unique traditions of the Masters in EA SPORTS PGA TOUR."
