Elementia Materiales, S. A. B. de C. V. announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 103,173,456 shares, representing 17.60% of its issued share capital, for total worth of MXN 2,022.20 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of MXN 19.6 per share.

The purpose of the offer is the cancellation of the registration in the RNV of the shares representing the issuer's capital stock and, consequently, the delisting of the shares' in the BMV. The program is valid till April 21, 2022. The company had 586,237,744 shares are issued and outstanding.
