Silver Bullet Data Services Group PLC - London-based marketing services provider - Raises gross proceeds of GBP1.0 million through a placing of 1.4 million shares at 70 pence each. The placing shares equate to 9.0% of the company's currently issued share capital. Says net proceeds will be used to provide the working capital needed to facilitate a recent uptick in new contract wins, and to further accelerate the expansion of its new 4D AI Powered Insights platform. Silver Bullet explains it is currently witnessing "significant demand" for the AI-driven insight capabilities offered by its 4D AI Platform.

RBG Holdings PLC - London-based legal and professional services firm - Appoints current Interim Finance Director Kevin McNair as chief financial officer with immediate effect. McNair replaces Suzanne Drakeford-Lewis, who resigned on June 27 to take a six-month sabbatical for "personal reasons". She has now confirmed her decision not to return next year. Chair Marianne Ismail says: "Kevin has made a real impact since he was appointed as Interim Finance Director in June. We are delighted he has agreed to join the board as CFO, bringing with him a wealth of public markets expertise, as we deliver our strategy to restore value to the group, and reduce its debt."

Eqtec PLC - Thermochemical conversion technology company - Inks a new technical services agreement with Simonpietri Enterprises LLC, a Hawaii-based waste-to-energy development company, for engineering services and equipment supply. The engineering contract is for Simonpietri's sustainable materials recycling and fertiliser facility, which is currently under development in Kapolei, Hawaii. According to the deal, Eqtec's gasification system will convert construction and demolition debris, landscaping waste, and invasive plant biomass into biochar and electricity for organic fertiliser production. Eqtec expects to start basic engineering work at the end of the year, and to invoice USD180,000 for the work. It has also agreed a quotation for front-end engineering design, for which it expects to invoice a further EUR300,000. Further, Eqtec has given Simonpietri a quote to deliver additional engineering, equipment, construction advisory and commissioning services for EUR7 million, should the requisite funding be secured.

Arecor Therapeutics PLC - West Sussex, England-based commercial biotechnology company - Signs further collaboration agreement with Eli Lilly & Co. Under the agreement, will use its formulation technology platform, Arestat, to develop a novel liquid formulation of one of Lilly's products with enhanced properties. Says Eli Lilly will fund the development work, and also has the option to buy the rights to the new formulation and newly created intellectual property under a technology licensing model.
