2017 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR

In accordance with Article 2.6.2, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Regulations of the Markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., Elica S.p.A. hereby communicates the financial calendar for the year 2017.

In this regard, Legislative Decree 25/2016, which transposes Directive 2013/50/EC (implementing amendments to Directive 2004/109/EC - the "Transparency Directive"), removed the obligation upon listed issuers with registered office in Italy to publish their interim reports and granted CONSOB the option to require such issuers to publish "additional periodic financial disclosure".

However, with particular regard to issuers listed on the STAR segment of the MTA market such as Elica S.p.A., the Borsa Italiana S.p.A. Regulation establishes specific further requirements in terms of disclosure, liquidity and corporate governance. In particular, Article 2.2.3., paragraph 3 of the Borsa Regulation requires STAR issuers to make available to the market their interim reports within forty-five days from the conclusion of the first, third and fourth quarters of the year, while they are exempted from publication of the fourth quarter report where such issuers make available to the market, within ninety days from year-end, their annual financial report, together with the other documents required by Article 154-ter, first paragraph of Legislative Decree 58/1998 ("CFA").

Any changes to the calendar will be communicated in a timely manner.

In relation to the content of the Interim Report, as specified by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. in notice No. 7578 of April 21, 2016, Elica S.p.A. will refer to the pre-existing paragraph 5 of Article 154-ter of Legs. Decree No. 58 of February 24, 1998, under which the Report is required to provide a general balance sheet and operating overview of the issuer and its subsidiaries in the period, in addition to an outline of significant events and operations in the period and their impact on the balance sheet of the issuer and of its subsidiaries.
