ELL Environmental Holdings Limited is a China-based investment holding company principally engaged in the construction and operation of wastewater treatment facilities. Its businesses are mainly operated under the build-operate- transfer (BOT) model, including the design of wastewater treatment facilities, the procurement of suitable equipment and materials, the supervision of the construction as well as the on-going operation and maintenance of the facilities throughout the long-term concession periods. Its business mainly covers the treatment of municipal, industrial and heavy metal wastewater.
