Ellington Financial Announces Estimated Book Value Range as of September 30, 2021
OLD GREENWICH, Conn., October 12, 2021-Ellington Financial Inc. (NYSE: EFC) (the "Company") today announced that its estimated book value per share of common stock as of September 30, 2021, was between $18.31 and $18.37. This estimated range of book value includes the effect of the previously announced monthly dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock, payable on October 25, 2021 to holders of record on September 30, 2021 with an ex-dividend date of September 29, 2021.
