Ellomay Capital Ltd. (NYSE MKT: ELLO; TASE: ELOM) ("Ellomay" or the "Company"), an emerging operator in the renewable energy and energy infrastructure sector, today announced the execution by the Israeli Minister of National Infrastructures, Energy and Water Resources (the "Minister") of a long term supply license to Dorad Energy Ltd. ("Dorad" and the "Supply License," respectively). The Supply License will expire on May 11, 2034.

As previously reported by the Company, in May 2014 the Minister approved a twenty-year generation license and a one-year supply license for the power plant operated by Dorad and in August 2014 Dorad filed a request to extend the supply license for an additional period of nineteen years. Since the expiration of the one-year supply license, Dorad has been supplying electricity to its customers based on a temporary license.
