Thanks to innovative manufacturing processes that make costs for molds redundant, Shapebox 22 can be fully customized in shape, color combination, labeling and component integration. Custom-made enclosures are therefore available even in small and medium quantities. The tool-free method makes it possible not only to meet personal design requirements, but also to implement subsequent adjustments, usually without major expense.
The innovative manufacturing technology of Shapebox 22 is based on a special tongue-and-groove connection that facilitates the assembly of both individual enclosure parts and complete modules. The absence of customized tools throughout the entire production process leads to enormous flexibility. This manufacturing process is worthwhile even for small and medium quantities. The prototypes are readily available and series can be started in a timely manner - all at low initial costs. Following initial sampling, serial production can start immediately.
