Reports to the Israel Securities Authority on November 24, 2020 - Director Resignations
Further to its immediate report on November 22, 2020 and previous related reports, on November 24, 2020, Elron Electronic Industries Ltd. ("Elron") filed reports to the Israel Securities Authority announcing the resignation of each of Mr. Eduardo Elsztain and Mr. Saul Zang as directors of Elron with effect of November 23, 2020. To the best of Elron's knowledge, neither of the said resignations is related to circumstances required to be brought to the knowledge of the shareholders of Elron.
