TS-Partners Co., Ltd agreed to acquire an additional 11.7% stake in Eltes Co.,Ltd. (TSE:3967) from Takahiro Sugawara on July 26, 2018. Under the terms, TS-Partners Co., Ltd will acquire 0.6 million shares of Eltes Co.,Ltd and increase the shareholding from 0.51 million shares (9.92%) to 1.12 million shares (21.63%). Takahiro Sugawara will reduce the shareholding from 11.5 million shares (22.41%) to 0.55 million shares (10.7%). The transaction is expected to be completed by July 27, 2018.
