Emak S.p.A.: Stefano Slanzi appointed General Manager

Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 23 December 2011 -EmakS.p.A. announces that as of today Stefano Slanzi has been appointed General Manager by the Board of Directors. Slanzi succeeds Fausto Bellamico, who will keep his position as President and CEO of the company.

The appointment of Slanzi, already acting as Deputy General Manager since 1997, is part of a reorganization of the Group's governance in consequence of the acquisition of Comet Group, Tecomec Group, Sabart and Raico closed by Emak on 22 December 2011.
