Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 29 March 2013 - Emak S.p.A. announces, in accordance with law and regulation, that today are made available to the public through publication on the website www.emak.it and deposited at the registered office: the Annual Report pursuant to art. 154-ter, first paragraph, T.U.F. for the year ended 31/12/2012, the related reports of the independent auditors and the Statutory Auditors, the Report on corporate governance and ownership structure pursuant to art. 123-bis of the TUF, Report on the Remuneration art. 123-ter TUF, and other reports and proposals of the Board of Directors addressed to the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting on 23 April 2013 at 10:00.
