eMemory Technology Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 796.29 million compared to TWD 541.42 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 408.92 million compared to TWD 243.73 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 5.48 compared to TWD 3.27 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 5.47 compared to TWD 3.26 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 1,523.4 million compared to TWD 1,138.15 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 774.94 million compared to TWD 536.71 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 10.39 compared to TWD 7.2 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 10.35 compared to TWD 7.18 a year ago.
eMemory Technology Inc is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research and development, manufacture, and distribution of wafers, as well as provision of technical services. The Company is also engaged in the development and application of embedded non-volatile memory chips and various control chips. The Company also acquires license fees, usage fees, non-recurring engineering (NRE) fees and royalties from the licensing of its silicon intellectual property (SIP) to customers. Its products are applied in the information equipment, automobiles, home appliances, communication equipment and consumer electronics. The Company provides its products and services in domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia, the Americas, Europe and Africa.
