eMemory Technology Inc. announced cash dividend from retained earnings of TWD 558,792,128 (TWD 7.4992 per share) and cash distribution from capital surplus of TWD 111,758,426 (TWD 1.4998 per share). Ex-rights (Ex-dividend) date is July 16, 2021. Ex-rights (Ex-dividend) record date is July 24, 2021. Payment date of cash dividend distribution is August 06, 2021. The cash dividend proposals are subject to the approval of Annual Gerneral Shareholders Meeting on July 15, 2021.
