NEW YORK (AP) _ Emerald Holding, Inc. (EEX) on Friday reported a loss of $15.3 million in its first quarter.

On a per-share basis, the New York-based company said it had a loss of 31 cents.

The company posted revenue of $12.9 million in the period.

Emerald Holding shares have climbed 3% since the beginning of the year. The stock has more than doubled in the last 12 months.
