Emerald : NY NOW® to be the first major event to run at reopened Javits Convention Center this August

WHITE PLAINS, NY. (May 17, 2021) - NY NOW®, the modern wholesale market for retailers and specialty buyers seeking diversity and discovery, today announced that NY NOW® will be the first major event to run at the reopened Javits Center this August 8-11, 2021. The event will be operated in accordance with capacity and safety protocols established by the NY State Department of Health.

The Javits Center is among the safest venues in the country and has received Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) accreditation, implementing the industry's highest standards for cleaning and disinfection. Javits has also installed hospital grade High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters to improve air filtration and ventilation.
