Emmerson Resources Limited is engaged in exploration and evaluation of mineral interests. The Company holds interest in 47 exploration licenses, covering 2,365 square kilometers (km2) within the Northern Territory and New South Wales. The Company’s Tennant Creek Mineral Field is situated approximately 500 kilometers north of Alice Springs on Stuart Highway. The New South Wales projects include Kadungle project, Fifield project, Wellington project and Kiola project. The Kadungle project is situated adjacent to Emmerson’s Fifield project and consolidates a package of ground within the prospective Lachlan Transfer Zone. The Fifield project consists of various prospects, including Whatling Hill, Hillsdale, Gillenbine, Kurrajong, Forrest View, Hillsdale, and Allandale. The Wellington project consists of prospects such as Ponto, Walmer, Trounce, Gunners Dam, Neurea, Whites, Rich’s Shaft and Owen’s Shaft. The Kadungle project is situated adjacent to the Company’s Fifield project.
