The Properties Development segment is engaged in the development, redevelopment and sales of residential projects located in Tuen Mun, NT, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Shouson Hill Road West and other locations in Hong Kong. The Lease of Properties segment is engaged in the investment and leasing of properties in Hong Kong including China Huarong Tower at Wan Chai, Ampersand Building at Oxford Street, Emperor Commercial Centre at Central and other investment properties. The Hotel and Hotel-related Operations segment is engaged in hotel and hotel-related operations in Hong Kong and Macau including operations of mass market halls, very important person (VIP) rooms and slot machines operations, and provision of gaming-related marketing and public relation services for Grand Emperor Hotel in Macau.
