Appointment of Group Finance Director

Empresaria (AIM: EMR), the international specialist staffing group, announces the appointment of Tim Anderson as Group Finance Director with effect from 21 March 2018. Further to the announcement made on 12 September 2017, Tim will take over from Spencer Wreford, who will continue in his role as Chief Operating Officer.

Tim has over 15 years' experience working for listed and private equity backed businesses. Tim joins Empresaria from Cell Medica, a leading cellular immunotherapy company, where he was Group Finance Director. Prior to this Tim has held finance positions in three FTSE 100 businesses, most recently having spent six years at Intu Properties plc, the UK's leading owner and manager of prime regional shopping centres, where he was Head of Financial Reporting and Control.
