EMS-CHEMIE HOLDING AG Stylish Design: Interior Trim
Grilamid TR 30 is used as an interior design trim in the dashboard and door opening area of the new VW Polo in the "Life" and "Style" versions.
The material used, Grilamid TR 30, has very good scratch and excellent chemical resistance. The mold surface is finished with a high-quality laser-structured grain, enabling molding of parts without subsequent painting ("one-shot design").
This new technology enables significant savings in the manufacturing process. In addition, the elimination of the painting process protects the environment and the component can be easily recycled as "one-material solution".
