Update on Reserves Statement

Rio de Janeiro, January 19th, 2023

Enauta Participações S.A. ("Company," "Enauta," B3:ENAT3) in line with the best corporate governance practices, informs its shareholders and the market in general, the update on the Atlanta and Manati Field reserves, with base date as of December 31st, 2022, issued by independent advisory firm, Gaffney, Cline & Associates (GaffneyCline).

When compared to the reserves also certified by GaffneyCline for June 30th, 2022, after approval by the Brazilian National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) of the new Field Development Plan (and consequent extension of the concession term until 2044), Atlanta's reserves increased by 2.1%.The production was 3.4 million barrels from January to December 2022.

The scenario for the Atlanta Field remains unchanged in relation to the report issued in June 2022, keeping the start-up date for the Full Development System (FDS), considering the extension of the concession contract for another 11 years, the production through six wells after the start of FDS operations in 2024and the drilling of four additional wells by the end of the decade.

For Manati, the revision of reserves in relation to the report issued on December 31st, 2021 is basically dueto the average daily production of 2.5 MM m³ of gas in 2022.
