Disclosure of significant shareholding: Artemes Group AS distributes its shares in Endúr ASA to its shareholders, ref. Securities Trading Act§ 4-3

Stavanger, 28.11.2019 kl 13:30 Artemes Group AS has today decided to dividend its shareholdings in Endúr ASA to its shareholders; Ron Corporations AS and Milo Invest AS. Ron Corporations AS is 100% owned by Robert Norum, and Milo Invest AS is 100% owned by Mikal Løvik. Following the distribution of shares Ron Corporations AS will own 24 797 850 shares, corresponding 11,66% and Milo Invest AS will own 12 774 650 shares corresponding 6% of the shares outstanding in Endúr ASA. The share transfer is expected to be registered in VPS within a few days.
