As announced on 18 January 2021, Vidar Pettersen, founder of Endúr subsidiary BMO Entreprenør AS and owner of Bever Holding AS, and Bjørn Finnøy, co-founder and former CEO of Artec Aqua will be proposed as new board members in Endúr ASA at the next general meeting, together with a female board member.
